Was this how your back yard looked several times this year? If it did, it will again.

I CORRECT FLOODED BACK YARDS AT THE BEST RATE!

*Please text or call my number at 248-579-7122 Messenger isn't always reliable.

* The ground is soft right now for the next two weeks and the weather is conducive for this installation.

* NEW * I will be using a powerblanket for installation later this winter. Cemeteries have been using this product for years in preparation for burial when the ground is frozen. It literally thaws the ground in a few hours. I have an efficient method that thaws the ground as I progress. Now is an ideal time for this system, before the winter thaw and spring rains. No other company offers this innovative approach.

* My phone number is at the bottom. Please feel free to pass it along to those you know with flooding issues.

* I install an underground sump pump system that's fully automated.
* I just completed another installation of this system before the holiday.
* I respond very quickly! I can get you an estimate the same day.
* Please DM me for inquiry, I respond to messages quickly.
* I install the system myself. It's perfected.

* For the people I've serviced, they are not concerned with flooding today. They let their dogs and children out without dread.

* Please check my other posts on here showing varied solutions to correct flooding issues.

This system gets rid of the water rather than putting it into dry wells. Dry wells can and do become overwhelmed at times.

* This post shows French Drains leading to the sump pump. At times, a yard requires this. For both the sump pump and French Drain systems, all sod is cut out and re-applied. Almost zero disruption to your existing yard and landscape.

I've designed a sump pump system that completely eliminates flooding. Whether we get a severe thunderstorm dropping 3 inches of rain in an hour, or as this past mid-January when we had rapid snowmelt and a quick inch in a half a rain, or if your neighbor's yards flows into yours, it doesn't matter. This fully automated underground system gets rid of it.
It works in two ways. Firstly, there's a screened opening in the side of the basin that allows excess moisture in the ground to seep in, allowing your lawn to take in water in the first place, and getting rid of mushiness. Secondly, if it rains really hard, water will flow through the two screened openings on the lid. All water entering the basin is filtered through rock and screen, keeping your pump safe.
The discharge flows to a pop-up cap onto the front lawn where it disperses into it without consequence. Front lawns are sloped which is why there isn't flooding issues.
Generally, the power is piped into the garage, encased in PVC and sealed so no water touches the cord and extension cord.
I connect a 3/4 inch heavy duty hose, encased in PVC for the discharge.
The beauty of this system is that I've designed it to be homeowner friendly. Say after about 10 or 15 years, the hose finally needs replacement. Simply, open the lid of the basin, unscrew the hose from the pump, connect the new hose to it, go to the pop-up, lift off the cap by hand. The end of the hose is right there. Pull the old hose out as the new one is fed through. The same goes for changing the extension cord and pump.
There is no code requirements, it's a landscaping project. By using a hose and extension cord, as opposed to hardwire and pipe, any maintenance is easily addressed, without costs of hiring a plumber and electrician. If water is pumped through the pipe it would require a camera and digging. I've eliminated that.
The lid of the basin is metal and sits flush with the ground, bolted onto the basin. It's so strong that it handles the weight of the wheel of a commercial lawnmower riding over it, if the basin is placed in the lawn area. If you wanted, you could put a potted fern or flowers and baseball size stones around it, basically just looking like a small flower bed, or something similar to hide it. It's 18 inches wide.
I use the best basin, sump pump, hose and a 12 guage extension cord. Everything entirely encased in durable PVC.

Thanks for reading and checking out the photos, I look forward to your inquiry!

This is the most affordable system to correct flooding. Often times, it's a quarter to a third of the price of a French Drain and dry well. It's also more effective. There's no tying into plumbing or electric, is entirely underground and functions without thought.
It's also designed for ease of maintenance. Say, in ten years the hose finally gives. There's a simple solution: Open the lid the the basin, disconnect the hose from the pump and connect the new hose to the old one, go to the front yard where the pop-up is located and lift cap by hand, grab the end of the old hose and pull it. This feeds the new hose through without effort. When you see the end of the new hose, simply put the cap back on. The same applies to the extension cord. Simply pull the power cord from the pump, that's connected to the buried extension cord, unplug it, plug the new cord into the pump and into the old extension cord, wrap tape around the connection twice, go into garage and gently pull old extension cord, thus pulling the new cord with it. The pump will usually last 5 to 10 years. It's the easiest part of the 3 functioning components to change out. Simply pull the power cord from the pipe, unplug it, lift out the pump, put the new pump in, plug it to the extension cord, go into garage and pull out the slack..done.

No digging will ever be necessary again. The problem with running water through buried pipes is it costs to use a camera to find a problem and it needs to be dug out to repair it. This adds up cost. I designed this system to function easily and serviceable by the homeowner. The three components that function only costs $350, and would not likely fail for 5, 10 or more years. While French Drain systems can be effective, they invite root damage, are supposed to be flushed out annually. To find a root blockage, it requires a camera and digging.

Occasionally, I install a small French Drain that runs to the sump pump system to collect water from another area of the property, without having to change what the property looks like. The whole sump pump system is installed without disruption to your existing landscape.

Please read the captions under the pictures.

I respond immediately to DM messages!

Twister's Sump Pump System uses the highest grade and durable products. The basin and PVC will last for life, the expected lifespan of the 3/4" heavy duty hose and 12 Guage extension cord is expected to last at least for a decade. The sump pump comes with a 3 year warranty, but is expected to last 5 or more years.
