It's amazing to think that something as simple as a pencil starts with a tree and a whole lot of craftsmanship. From school notes and sketches to workshop plans and project measurements, wood plays a role in our daily lives in more ways than we realize.

🪚💡 Workshop Tip Wednesday 🪚💡

Today's woodworking tip: Always sand with the grain, not against it.

Sanding in the direction of the wood grain helps create a smoother finish and prevents scratches from showing through once stain or finish is applied. It may take a little extra patience, but the results are worth it!
