MEMORANDUM ON PRICE INCREASES

Derksen Portable Buildings is dedicated to producing the highest quality storage units at the most affordable price. As you are aware, recently, this commitment has required the implementation of a series of adjustments to retail pricing. Although price increases are not always welcome, they are the unfortunate reality of the current manufacturing environment.

Over the past year, every component utilized in the construction of our storage buildings has seen exponential increases in price. In fact, the cost of our most often used core materials tripled or even quadrupled in a matter of months. Now, freight costs are also exploding on shipping these already skyrocketing supplies. As we endeavor to be competitive, we must act accordingly to ensure that we remain profitable and maintain our position as the leader in the portable storage industry.
