Recent porch reconstruction in Berwyn. The existing 117 year old porch was due for replacement after years of reliable service. The existing porch, with the exception of the roof, was demolished and replaced in a manner to closely reflect the original design with some creative interpretation.

In recent news, we have received a permit for a new tax office build-out in Palos Hills and construction has begun. The new 970 sf build-out will occupy a space previously occupied by a nail salon. Currently on the boards. Design and preliminary pricing for the remodel of a craftsman home in Oak Park. The proposed design incorporates a small addition off the back to enlarge the kitchen and provide a reasonably sized breakfast area with an incorporated mudroom. A utility room and bedroom will be added to the basement within the new addition buildout. A small bathroom dormer will be added to the second floor. The original windows of the enclosed front porch will be replaced and the entire home will be resided. This pricing exercise will define scope for the proposed remodel in order to establish budget expectations before proceeding with the construction documents.
