Another satisfied customer, the Shelton's of Bethalto. We removed the old s**g carpet and installed wood look vinyl flooring. Was quite the undertaking due to the amount of furniture we had to move to allow removal and installation, but we got er done.

Revamped unstable patio blocks and replaced with treated lumber with notches cut for air and draining. The boards are attached with outdoor screws and 1/4 tap cons in the concrete to anchor them, also added a laminated sign for the delivery folks

Couple of jobs this past week, glad we were inside.
Kipp in Bethalto added a coconut water filter to remove PFAFS, fluoride and other junk.
Tommie in Hartford removed an old round bathroom fan and added a new one with LED light. Difficult to go from round hole to rectangle but we did it!!

Bethalto area residents
We’re running a special starting Monday July 6th until Friday July 10th for AC unit cleaning. We take the unit apart, vacuum the bottom, clean the inside and outside of the cooling coils, run diagnostics and pressure tests and if needed add freon and or other parts.
$150.00 for basic service above, if freon or other parts it’s at additional costs.
Have you changed the furnace filter lately, if not, we can.

Another satisfied customer, Mrs. Lahr in Bethalto. Between the rain, heat, and everything else we finally got the second coat on her 32 foot deck.

We hung remote control ceiling fans in a bedroom and kitchen area. We had to change out the plastic boxes used in modular homes and install metal fan boxes with extensions to support the fan.
