🪽Angel Wing Begonia 🪽

we will be chopping and propping this guy this weekend!

this beauty gets its name from its wing-shaped leaves—usually green with silver spots and a reddish underside. it can also bloom with pink, red, or white flowers when it’s happy!

care tips:
• can tolerate low-high indirect light, just not direct sunlight as it will burn and bleach the leaves. it loves my grow lights
• can stay pretty moist but not soggy. it won’t suffer a ton if you let it go dry, though
• great beginner plant as it’s not a picky or high-maintenance plant at all! this thing grows like a w**d and propagates super easily. this is my boyfriend’s plant, which i propagated from mine, which was propagated from my mom’s 🤪 his is only 1 year old
• its a cane begonia that grows straight up, so it’s a perfect plant to keep chopping and propagating to make it branch and stay bushy
