This project started with a simple message from a past client: “Hey, my friend Tim needs a roof. Can you help him out?”

Tim’s old roof had done its time, so we walked him through a full replacement and cleaned everything up from decking to final shingle, installing Owens Corning Duration in Williamsburg Gray.

The before and after is nice, but the real win is that another past client trusted us enough to send a friend our way.

When Brian and Heather purchased their home, they were drawn to its classic style but previous remodels and aluminum siding had covered up the original cedar siding and character.

They wanted to bring back the timeless look the house was built with. Using LP SmartSide, we recreated the rich, natural cedar siding the home originally had, giving it the warmth and personality of a true classic, but with modern durability.

The home now feels like it was always meant to be theirs, a perfect blend of history, beauty, and the dream they’ve been imagining. 🏡💛

Meet Randy and Susan, who recently purchased their dream home and called us to upgrade its exterior. When we came out to take a look, we noticed the attic wasn’t vented properly. We walked them through our plan to fix it while replacing the siding, and they were on board.

While we were there, Randy asked about the old aluminum porch awning. We suggested we build something more permanent that would match the roofline, and he loved the idea.

They went with CertainTeed Monogram siding in Natural Clay, InvisiVent soffits for a clean, modern look (and proper ventilation). We replaced the fascia with new aluminum, and built that new porch awning. The result? A home that not only looks amazing but is built to last.

It’s always satisfying to help homeowners like Randy and Susan turn a house into a home they’re proud of.

Another day, another transformation in the works

The crew is knocking out this LP SmartSide board and batten install, and it’s already changing the whole vibe of the house. Clean lines, durable product, and a classic look that fits the neighborhood.

Always appreciate how hard the crew works… even in the heat, they show up and knock it out. Grateful to have a team that cares about the details.

When Austin noticed a leak, his first call was to someone he trusted — his grandma. We had just done work on her roof, and she didn’t hesitate to pass along our name.

After taking a look, we found the shingles were aging and the attic ventilation wasn’t doing the roof any favors. Rather than just patch the leak, Austin decided to go all-in on a long-term solution.

We installed:
✔️ Owens Corning Duration Designer shingles in the color "Black Sable" for a fresh, durable finish
✔️ Proper attic ventilation to keep the roof system balanced and breathing
✔️ A roofing system built to last through Michigan’s seasons

Now his home is protected, and his grandma’s still batting a thousand with her referrals. 👊
