Found this coffee table on the side of the road marked free. Took it home and refinished it. Just finished this fun board game table for our son who happens to like Sherlock Holmes.

Our fall 2021 DYI project, turning our mud room into a functional space. Living in Maine with lots of snow, we needed something that could house our wet boots , hats and mittens.
We also wanted a space where we could pull up a chair and watch the snow fall out our back door.
The baskets are perfect for storing all the hats and mittens and the wooden rack works great for hanging them while they dry.
Adding the shelf , bench and a coate of paint makes this room both functional and cozy for a snowy winter day. 🌨 ☃️❄

Better Homes and Garden

I had the pleasure of working in this home for a lovely woman who was all about the
Red, White and Blue 🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲

Her home was featured for its beautiful home decor dedicated to our country's colors and was published for its patriot beauty.

She was looking for a seamstress to make over a couple of bedrooms (duvet covers, drapes and bed skirting.) I was also asked to reupholster a chair and ottoman as well as make slip covers for some of her couch pillows.
Unfortunately those bedrooms weren't published as they were not decorated in those colors.

She knew just what she was looking for and just needed my help to make it happen!
I so enjoyed this project and hope you love the pictures.

Wanted to repost this bathroom make over given the faucet wasn't in at the time I took the picture 🤦‍♀️
So we brightened up this room with a sunny yellow and replaced the faucet, countertop and painted the vanity giving it a bright fresh new look. She loved it !! Its all about you and your style 💛

Our bathroom was really looking tired, decided it was time to brighten things up !
We needed more cabinet space so we purchased a tall kitchen cabinet to add along side our vanity. I wanted a cool spa-ish feeling but also a fun color for our grandchildren who love taking tubs at our house! 😄
Something about a big deep tub especially in the winter where they can feel like there swimming in the lake haha.
Painted our vanity, cabinet and the tub access panel with chalk paint.
Picked up this mirror I love ! And the otters painting was from a local artist Rebecca Lowell .
Highly recommend her, her artistry is amazing !
