The first deck involved a quick sanding and two coats of semi solid stain, the second involved a 90% sand with two coats of solid stain, and the last involved a 100% sand down to bare wood, replacing a few boards, and one coat of water seal. What a project!

This customer recently bought this home and wanted to get it freshened up. To slow fading we went with the color white, and to increase durability we went with Sherwin-Williams Emerald Rain Refresh paint. We went with the color Naval for the shutters to add a pop of color.

Even though the pictures don’t show it, this was quite the transformation. With the help of West Side Exterior LLC, this homes exterior transformed from an eyesore to the freshest house on the block!
