PSA announcement we now have our Grapefruit jalapeno bbq sauce back in stock and for sale. If ya know ya know. Get it while you can cause it's a pain in the butt to get it from Canada 2 times a year but when it shows up it don't last!!!! Special thanks to Big Joe & Jess Motley Que™ for making it for us!

Did a 7 bone dino rib that a customer loved....did up a Denver steak and put on a naan bread with blue cheese steak and pickles red onion as a moc up of a tri tip sandwich totally killed it..... Did up the tri tip and used Big Joe & Jess Motley Que™ beef injection as a braising liquid game changer....did a brisket and turned into burnt ends with grapefruit jalapeno bbq sauce...,. Did up a coleslaw with store bought dressing and some vinager sauce plus beef fixx for some pepper flavor....... All in all it was a great turn out and definitely using on the bbq menu!!!!

Sexy tri tips, nice 10 lb brisket, and a 7 bone beef rib love my S Ranch Meats bundles I get.... Love the marbling too... Quality over quantity you can tell the difference!
