On 10/21/2024, Vestal Councilman Stephen Donnelly filed for personal bankruptcy after accruing over $1.4M in debt for various businesses under the umbrella of Dynamic Innovation Group, LLC. A reporter covering this bankruptcy and alleged fraud has been falsely accused of harassment by Stephen Donnelly and his former mistress.

This debt was driven primarily through now-bankrupt Atlas James, and his personal marketing business.

Bankruptcy is not a victimless crime.
