After 27 years running my firm HAAS Landscape Architects, this chapter in my career comes to a close. My new chapter begins Monday at Delta Engineers, Architects and Land Surveyors as Director of Landscape Architecture. Together with my current staff we will continue to offer the same creative design services we have been known for. I will be able to grow this division and even get to work with my son Brian on some new projects!

Renovation of an historic home in Owego. Building retrofitted to new higher foundation to mitigate effects of future flooding. Attractive landscaping & patio space.

Beautiful day at Owego Strawberry Fest. Got a chance to walk the Riverwalk we designed in 2005. Plantings look great! People enjoying the space.

Visited the Roebling Bridge (was an aquaduct for Delaware River canal boats). Roebling designed the Brooklyn Bridge. We're designing a boat and fishing access nearby for the DEC, DOT and NPS.
