Ever wanted to be apart of an event and see what its like behind the operations? Being a Event security officer with Spartan Solutions, you will get the opportunity! We allow staff to mix up job locations so you always be having fun while providing security service to the customer. We provide security for a magnitude of different areas including but not limited to:
- Concerts
- Fairs
- Festivals
- Event Venues
- Rodeo's
- Sporting event
Security Officer Job Duties and Responsibilities (Duties differ subtly from job to job and frequently change.)
•Protect, watch over, and secure necessary spaces and/or asset.
•Conduct frequent security checks by patrolling perimeter and grounds and remain vigilant for anything unusual or potentially threatening.
•Recognize potentially dangerous situations and respond in the safest and most effective manner.
•Help, defend and protect those in need.
•Investigate and remove trespassers/violators.
•Capture and detain perpetrators if further action needs to be taken.
•Monitor and control gate/door access for vehicles, workers, etc.
•Secure spaces and ensure safety for those inside.
•Watch security cameras for suspicious activity.
•Act as an es**rt to employees and visitors.
•Sound alarms and/or call for outside assistance when needed in emergencies. (police, fire, ambulance, etc.)
•Follow all state and company-enforced laws and regulations

Security Officer Job Requirements and Qualifications
•Ethical, confident and dependable.
•High school diploma or GED equivalent.
•Be able to qualify for state registration as a security officer. (Company will assist.)
•Pass state background check.
•Relevant security experience preferred but not required. (Company will provide training.)
•Able to work a variety of different shifts. (Including graveyard and/or extended hours.)
