Absolute Best Painting is looking for the right person to join our crew—someone who wants to **learn a valuable trade and grow with a company that takes pride in its work and its people.**

This is more than just a painting job. We’re willing to train the right individual in:
✔ Surface preparation & masking
✔ Brush, roll, and spray techniques
✔ Drywall and stucco repairs
✔ Professional jobsite standards

We are a **family-run business**, and our team works closely together day in and day out. Because of that, we’re looking for someone who:
• Has a strong work ethic and shows up consistently
• Takes direction well and is willing to learn
• Works well with others and communicates respectfully
• Can adapt to a hands-on, team-oriented environment

You’ll be working alongside experienced painters (including an “old-school” craftsman who knows this trade inside and out), so a willingness to learn and a good attitude matter just as much as experience.

**Experience is a plus—but not required for the right person.**
