We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist a crew leader in various tasks related to exterior renovation, construction, and installation. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Duties
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to perform various tasks.
Assist crew leader in the construction of decks, fences, and screen rooms.
Maintain quality standards when installing and repairing windows, doors and other exterior renovations.
Collaborate with crew members to meet construction goals and deadlines.
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Experience
Previous experience in construction
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools is advantageous.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
A willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing tasks as needed.
