What was just a drywall installation turned into replacing 28 moldy studs!!😳😳😳

There sump pump stopped working and flooded this basement about 2ft which resulted in mold on all the drywall which bleed into the studs.

Happy Monday everyone!!

We hope everyone had a fantastic thanksgiving like we did!

We were able to get this 350sqft deck torn out and replaced, along with 188’ of 4’ black aluminum fencing with two 4’ walk-in gaes tbefore the holiday and the weather hit!!

We are starting to book for spring next year, give me a call/text.

Big day today!

860sqft of a new front deck another amazing client here in Bloomington.

132 yr old house right on the corner of Main st and W hovey, it was actually the 3rd house built on this street!

A lot of old framing got replace due to rot but that’s typical with older homes

The l upper deck has a waterproof bladder making the deck underneath completely waterproof!!

This has been one of my biggest projects to date and I’m very pleased with how it turned out🥰

Very proud of how this turned out… We tore out a 18x12 wood dexk and installed a 28x22 treated deck w/ black aluminum railing, 30”x72” concrete pad for the stairs, & a 12x12 pergola for a little shade spot in the corner 👏💪🔥
