That settles our mystery… Hubby walked out of the house this morning to find a guilty raccoon. 🦝
Was a coyote involved the very first day?? We’ll never know for sure… The masked bandit(s) definitely came back for 2nds tho!!

Checked on our bunnies several times before daylight finally arrived- I hardly slept….. we have found evidence of coyote or other large predator coming through our yard. Two nights ago, there were baby dear remains, and this morning our animal feed was scattered about.

Unfortunately, we have severe weather rolling through today, so I am unable to do too much work on adding extra reinforcements before night comes around once again, BUT YOU BET, I’m going to try!!! 😣

These two are adorable together and make great parents. Raised colony style.
Doe (white) is social and able to be handled when needed. She does not get mean around her kits- my kiddos and I have gone in pen with her and every litter *huge plus*!
Buck is a dedicated breeder 😉 and fantastic with his resulting kits. He’s social/friendly (comes when called), calm, and has never shown aggression- does not enjoy being pet or held.

Small rehoming fee for safety.

Yup… this was me a few weeks ago with the rabbits. Toasted ravioli, burnt so bad they looked like chunks of coal… 😱🫣
