Much faster ,easier and cheaper to build them right from the start.

Noticeably different!, Blocking added as well secured ledger board to code, drywall screws don't seem to hold up nor do the nails!

It's a bit muddy out but support beam is installed level to surpass code. Previous post settled 1 1/2 on left 3 inches on the right. If built right to start this should not have happened. Having issues with your porch, or deck,have questions free estimates
