Asphalt Sealing – Hiring Sealcoaters and General Laborers

Requirements:

Quality minded responsible, and reliable individuals with the ability to work as a team, communicate with others and use critical thinking skills.
Reliable transportation
Valid driver’s license
Prefer a minimum of 2 years of experience in the asphalt field, but we are willing to train those with a good work ethic
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and show up to work on time

Hiring Bonus after 3 months of employment

PREFERRED CANDIDATES MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH ANY OF THE FOLLOWING:
Commercial and residential pavement installation including roads, parking lots and driveways.
Paver Operators.
Roller Operators
Asphalt rakers
Bobcat skidsteer and excavation equipment operators
Milling
CDL driver- A or B
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Must be safety-conscious
Must be a team player
Must have a valid driver's license
Must have the ability to work outdoors
Must be able to work 40-50 hours per week
SHOULD HAVE ASPHALT EXPERIENCE - min 2 years
