This one was a little tricky in how to tie it to the existing wall while replacing a rotted out wooden retaining wall. We hit a couple snags, but overcoming the unexpected is a must in this world. Ultimately we created a new concrete wall and followed it up with a beautiful textured granite epoxy finish. It turned out awesome and not only serves its function, but adds eye appeal to the home and outdoor area.

It’s all in the form work and working clean! We pride ourselves on protecting your yard, home, and property while installing your project. We cover all bases with the homeowner prior to work as well. In this instance we added 3 pop-up emitter drains to bury the downspouts from the home and prevent any eyesores or water issues on top of their new patio. When the other guys would just go the easy route and leave them, we go above and beyond to ensure the right thing is done the first time!

Staying on these 3rd car add-ons but talk about some clean work 🤩🤩. A quality product is of course priority 1, but leaving your home and yard in the best condition possible should remain a close 2nd. The guys knocked this out and barely left a trace. The happy messages from our client kept coming in throughout the process, whether it was around communication of material delivery, digrite updates, or the actual install itself she knew we were on top of it. Love a smooth project 😊 (And of course we love to throw on a nice, easy access, trash can pad to make life easier)

The next door neighbor saw us a couple weeks ago doing a full driveway replacement and decided they needed to add a 3rd car for their growing family of drivers.

Had to fight some rain but the guys did great work and got it in perfectly.

It’s driveway install day! This was a 2 car from 40 years ago that we ripped out and are adding a 3rd car jet out to add parking for the family. 1/2” rebar, 6” gravel base, and 4” of 4000psi with expandion joint padding on both ends to ensure this thing lasts a lifetime! This homeowner was looking to get a nice level pad in next to their pool to turn into a basketball court for their family. Our finishers did a great job getting this to a perfect .4 slope to minimize side to side height differences, but still ensure water properly runs to the yard. With a light broom finish to ensure traction, but not take a layer of skin on falls is key as well.
