Job Description: We are interested in hiring an Office Manager/ Executive Assistant to join our team!
You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of the organization.
Responsibilities:
-Manage records and information
-Plan and maintain work facilities
-Provide administrative assistance to management team
-Perform other office tasks as handed (replenish office supplies, distribute mail, facility oversight, deliveries, etc.)
Qualifications:
-Drivers license
-Capable of lifting small parcels arriving by couriers
-Some bookkeeping and organizational skills
-Deadline and detail-oriented
