"They are great!!!! We had an emergency on 7/1/2026 when the well serving 4 homes in a Blowing Rock NC subdivision stopped pumping. Called Blue Ridge Water at 8 am, and they had a repair crew out by 3 pm the same day. Identified the problem, developed several solutions and worked with us to select the best one. "Shortly after I reported the water outage, two Blue Ridge servicemen showed up at a property I own in NC. They determined that the 40-year-old (+ or - a year) pump had stopped working. Imagine that! Going right to work, they replaced the pump, pressure switch and all the other necessary items, getting everything back to running shape in short order. Sometimes working in torrential rain.
