**Hiring Part Time and Full Time positions:
Snow Plow/ Salt Truck Driver:
Especially if you operate equipment, you could keep your regular job and work for us during snow events.
Otherwise looking for someone with verifiable experience. Pay is generous with previous experience. Must have Valid Drivers license and reliable to work early hours.

Maintenance Crew Leader/ Snow Removal

This would be a year round, fulltime position with Vacation Time.
Fast Paced work environment, ability to manage others and maintain efficiency and quality. Knowledge of operating lawn maintenance equipment, heavy equipment a huge plus. Must have a Driver's License and reliable transportation.
This is a leadership role with responsibilities that requires commitment. the right candidate would have a great opportunity to grow within the company. Compensation would depend on experience which is verifiable. Possible profit sharing plan for the right person.

Team Members:
Looking for reliable young men that want to learn the trade and skills that they can take with them and apply anywhere in the world. Reliable, disciplined with a positive attitude. We prefer experience but if you have those 3 qualities we will be happy to teach you the skills needed. This position would be part time in winter with the plan to be full time from March- November.
This position is also paid based on experience but reliability and work ethic is greatly rewarded with frequent raises.
