I want to take a moment to welcome my new employee to the team and say how proud I am of the work he is doing already. He is a hard worker, shows up with a great attitude, learns fast, and takes pride in what he does. I am grateful to have him on board and excited to see what we build together.

I also want to say that I would not be able to do any of this without Dave. His knowledge, guidance, and over 30 years of experience have helped shape me into the worker and business owner I am today. I appreciate him more than he knows and I am thankful for his help every single day.

And of course Lauren and her family. Your support, encouragement, and belief in me mean everything. I am truly grateful.

Big things ahead and I am thankful for everyone who stands beside me on this journey.

Big progress today! 💪🛠️
We completed the full demolition on the flooring, removed two layers of subfloor, and took out all the old insulation. Everything is prepped and ready to go — now we’ll wait the required three days for the mold remediation experts to come in and do their part.

Another step closer to getting this home safe, solid, and rebuilt the right way!
