We are proud to share the completion of Brookley Flats in Jamaica Plain, Boston’s largest affordable homeownership development.

Delivering 45 new income-restricted homes and thoughtfully designed artist live/work spaces that strengthen community, creativity, and access to ownership. Developed in collaboration with Jamaica Plain Neighborhood Development Corporation and Causeway Development, this project transforms a former industrial site into a sustainable, all-electric, transit-oriented community with shared amenities that foster connection and belonging.

Brookley Flats has been featured in coverage from CityBiz, the Jamaica Plain Gazette, and Banker & Tradesman, highlighting its role in advancing equitable homeownership and neighborhood-centered design in Boston.

Proud to see Roxbury Preparatory Charter School’s new Net-Zero Hub featured in High-Profile.

Designed in collaboration with SMMA, the 83,500 SF campus brings grades 6–12 together under one roof for the first time in the school’s history while setting a new standard for sustainable academic facilities in Boston.

As exterior design and public realm architect, JGE focused on how the building connects with its surroundings—shaping arrival experiences, strengthening safety, and establishing a welcoming civic presence in the Newmarket district.

Targeting LEED v4 Gold and built to meet Boston’s climate resilience standards, the all-electric facility supports the next generation of students in a modern, forward-thinking learning environment.

Logan Square Residences is officially complete! Located in Hyde Park, this 63-unit affordable senior living community was designed to support residents 55+ with thoughtful amenities, an active ground floor, and a strong connection to the neighborhood.

From Passive House performance standards to all-electric systems aligned with Boston’s Zero Emissions goals, this project reflects our commitment to sustainable, community-centered design.
