Opening up a floor plan is only the beginning.

The real transformation happens in how each space speaks to the next. When you partner with us from the start of your renovation, we’re not just thinking about removing walls; we’re designing continuity. Sightlines, palette, materiality, and scale are all considered holistically, so every room feels intentionally connected, not simply adjacent.

Leveling up, or finally growing up, is having a laundry room where no one will disturb you.

Where all your storage is tucked away in beautiful cabinetry and perfectly labeled totes.

Where the sink is deep enough to actually pre-treat stains—without someone knocking because they “need the bathroom.”

Where your detergent and softener live in cute containers, hidden out of sight… but you know exactly where everything is.

Where rolling laundry bins glide perfectly under the counter—so when they’re gone, they’re gone.

Every inch of this playroom is dialed up—the ceilings stretch higher, the footprint expands wider, and suddenly you’re not just in a room, you’re inside a feeling that every girl - little or adult sized - has a reaction to.

A custom sofa, intentionally oversized, invites you to fully melt in, while a plush, channel-wrapped ombre ottomans anchors the space like a soft sculpture—equal parts function and fantasy.

Everything is bigger, softer, more tactile. Proportion shifts just enough to make you feel like you’ve stepped into a world where imagination runs the show.

Now this is the moment.

That builder-grade powder room? Fully transformed into a jewel box of color, craft, and personality.

The star of the show is the wallpaper—an intricate, hand block printed design that wraps the room in movement and whimsy. The birds, florals, and winding branches create a layered, almost storybook-like effect that instantly elevates the space.

Paired with a crisp marble vanity and warm brass fixtures, the palette feels grounded yet playful. The soft gray cabinetry lets the wallpaper take center stage, while those sculptural hardware moments add just the right amount of charm.

And the finishing touch—natural stone underfoot—keeps everything feeling timeless and tailored, balancing all that pattern with quiet texture.

Proof that a powder room doesn’t have to be basic… it can be unforgettable.

Designed from the very beginning with Honey and Fitz Interiors, this beach house living room was thoughtfully planned to feel layered, functional, and timeless. Pale blue walls, trim, and custom-built-in millwork create a soft architectural foundation, while textured wallpaper and patterned blue drapery add depth and movement. A neutral sectional grounds the space, complemented by signature striped swivel chairs designed for both visual impact and everyday versatility. Brushed brass hardware and sconces bring warmth and a subtle glow, proving that when design decisions are made early, construction flows smoothly, budgets stay clear, and move-in feels effortless. And let’s give it up for thoughtful, well composed, interesting styling! We collected items FOR MONTHS for these shelves. My persona favorite - the shark jaw. On the Cape? Come on, IYKYK
