Lemon Cream Cheese Pound Cake

Ingredients:

1 ½ cups unsalted butter, softened

1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened

3 cups granulated sugar

6 large eggs

2 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp lemon zest

1 tsp vanilla extract

3 cups all-purpose flour

½ tsp salt

Optional glaze:

1 cup powdered sugar

2 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease and flour a bundt or loaf pan. (⏱️ 5 minutes)

Cream butter and cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and beat until fluffy. (⏱️ 4 minutes)

Beat in eggs one at a time. Stir in lemon juice, zest, and vanilla. (⏱️ 3 minutes)

Gradually add flour and salt. Mix just until combined. (⏱️ 3 minutes)

Pour batter into pan and smooth top. (⏱️ 2 minutes)

Bake 75–85 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely before adding glaze. (⏱️ 85 minutes)

Optional: Mix powdered sugar and lemon juice for glaze. Drizzle over cooled cake. (⏱️ 5 minutes)

Easy Marinated Tomatoes

Ingredients:

4 large tomatoes, sliced

¼ cup olive oil

2 tbsp red wine vinegar

1 garlic clove, minced

1 tsp sugar

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper

1 tbsp chopped fresh basil

Instructions:

Arrange sliced tomatoes in a shallow dish. (⏱️ 2 minutes)

In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, garlic, sugar, salt, and pepper. (⏱️ 3 minutes)

Pour marinade over tomatoes. Sprinkle with basil. (⏱️ 2 minutes)

Cover and marinate in fridge for at least 30 minutes. (⏱️ 30 minutes)

Serve chilled or at room temperature.

Root Beer Float Shot

Ingredients:

1 oz vanilla vodka

1 oz root beer schnapps

Splash of club soda or root beer

Whipped cream, for topping

Instructions:

Fill a shaker with ice. Add vanilla vodka and root beer schnapps. (⏱️ 1 minute)

Shake well and strain into a shot glass. (⏱️ 1 minute)

Add a splash of soda. Top with whipped cream. (⏱️ 1 minute)

Serve immediately! 🍦🥃

Ingredients:

Crust:

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

2 tbsp sugar

3 tbsp melted butter

Filling:

2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened

½ cup sugar

2 large eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

½ cup sour cream

½ cup white chocolate chips, melted

¾ cup fresh blueberries

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners. (⏱️ 5 minutes)

Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and butter. Press about 1 tbsp into each liner. (⏱️ 5 minutes)

Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time. Stir in vanilla, sour cream, and melted white chocolate. (⏱️ 6 minutes)

Fold in blueberries gently. Divide batter evenly among liners. (⏱️ 4 minutes)

Bake for 22–25 minutes or until centers are just set. Let cool and chill for at least 2 hours. (⏱️ 25 minutes + 2 hours chilling)

1 ½ tsp baking powder

½ tsp baking soda

¼ tsp salt

½ cup unsalted butter, softened

1 cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs

1 tbsp lemon zest

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 cup buttermilk

1 ½ cups fresh blueberries (tossed in 1 tbsp flour)

For glaze:

1 cup powdered sugar

2–3 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan. (⏱️ 5 minutes)

In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. (⏱️ 2 minutes)

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, lemon zest, and lemon juice. (⏱️ 4 minutes)

Add dry ingredients alternately with buttermilk. Fold in blueberries. (⏱️ 4 minutes)

Ingredients:

For cake:

2 ½ cups all-purpose flour

2 tsp baking powder

½ tsp salt

¾ cup unsalted butter, softened

1 ¾ cups granulated sugar

4 large egg whites

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup milk

½ cup sour cream

¾ cup white chocolate chips

¾ cup fresh raspberries

For frosting:

1 cup butter, softened

3 cups powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla

2–3 tbsp heavy cream

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line two 9-inch cake pans. (⏱️ 5 minutes)

Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. (⏱️ 2 minutes)

Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add egg whites one at a time, then vanilla. (⏱️ 5 minutes)

Mix in milk and sour cream alternately with flour mixture. Fold in white chocolate and raspberries. (⏱️ 4 minutes)

Classic Pea Salad

Ingredients:

3 cups frozen peas, thawed

½ cup diced cheddar cheese

½ cup diced red onion

½ cup cooked and crumbled bacon

½ cup mayonnaise

1 tbsp sour cream

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:

In a large bowl, combine peas, cheese, red onion, and bacon. (⏱️ 3 minutes)

In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, salt, and pepper. (⏱️ 2 minutes)

Pour dressing over pea mixture and toss to coat evenly. (⏱️ 2 minutes)

Chill for at least 1 hour before serving. (⏱️ 1 hour)

Ingredients:

1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

1/3 cup melted butter

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 container (8 oz) whipped topping

1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, well-drained

Instructions:

Mix graham crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a 9x9-inch dish. Chill. (⏱️ 10 minutes)

Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth. (⏱️ 2 minutes)

Fold in whipped topping and drained pineapple. (⏱️ 2 minutes)

Spread mixture evenly over crust and chill at least 3 hours before serving. (⏱️ 3 hours)

Fried Strawberry Cheesecake Sandwiches

Ingredients:

8 slices of white bread

4 oz cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup strawberry jam

1/2 cup sliced strawberries

2 eggs

1/4 cup milk

1/2 tsp vanilla

Oil for frying

Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions:

Spread cream cheese and strawberry jam on four slices of bread. Top with sliced strawberries and remaining bread to make sandwiches. (⏱️ 5 minutes)

In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, and vanilla. (⏱️ 1 minute)

Dip each sandwich in egg mixture, coating both sides. (⏱️ 2 minutes)

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry sandwiches until golden on both sides. (⏱️ 6–8 minutes)

Remove and drain on paper towels. Dust with powdered sugar. Serve warm. (⏱️ 2 minutes)
