One of our recently completed projects. Converted a church's old rectory building into a new clothing donation center. Work consisted of a new addition to the north side of the house for a new browsing area. New addition to the existing garage for donation receiving. All new siding, soffits, and fascia, on new additions and existing house. New roofing and windows on the additions. New flooring throughout the additions and existing first floor. New ADA ramp outside for access to the building. Painting all existing and new walls, doors, and trims on first floor. New electrical, plumbing, and mechanical upgrades.

New Training Facility at the Wood County Airport. BGSU will have access to the buildings once completed for classroom use. There are two buildings being constructed on the site. An 8715 s.f. training facility and an 8700 s.f. hanger building. There will be a connector constructed between the two buildings.

Addition and Renovations to the existing maintenance garage. Addition will have new bathrooms for all of the park staff. Existing building will get a new locker room and break room for the park staff. Plumbing, Mechanical, and Electrical upgrades. New metal siding and roofing will be placed over entire existing building and new building.
