How old is your water heater?

Came out to a restaurant out on Cambell ln

Kitchen had been having issues for a couple weeks. Slow drains, some backup, staff started noticing the smell. Owner thought it was a grease trap issue. Called around, nobody could get out fast enough.

We showed up same day.

It was the grease trap. But there was also a partial blockage further down the line that would've caused a full backup within the week. Something easy to miss if you're just doing surface-level work.

Both taken care of before the lunch rush.

Owner called back a few days later just to say everything was running clean.

We got a call.

"Water everywhere. Don't know where it's coming from."

We did. Within about 90 seconds of walking in the door.
Supply line behind the toilet let go. Happens fast. Does a lot of damage even faster.
Shut off. Replace. Done. House saved.
