🏠 Another Rental Make-Ready in the Books! 🏠

This home was only about a year old, but after the tenant moved out it needed quite a bit of attention before it was ready for the next family.

The walls throughout the house were covered in scuffs, stains, marks, and general wear. There were also a handful of gouges and damaged areas that needed patching and sanding before paint could be applied.

Some of the work completed included:

✔ Spackling and repairing wall damage
✔ Sanding and prepping damaged areas
✔ Painting walls, trim, doors, and touch-up areas throughout the home
✔ Removing acoustic foam panels and adhesive residue from an entire room (over 2 hours of removal and cleanup)
✔ Repairing and refinishing a door that had been heavily scratched and damaged by large dogs
✔ Cleaning up numerous scuffs and marks on corners, walls, and trim
✔ Freshening up the home from top to bottom

Outside, we:

✔ Mowed and edged the yard
✔ Removed w**ds throughout the property
✔ Refreshed landscape beds with new mulch
✔ Restored the curb appeal and overall appearance of the property

The biggest challenge wasn’t major construction—it was the sheer amount of detail work. Hundreds of little imperfections, stains, scuffs, scratches, and damaged areas that all needed individual attention to get the home looking fresh again.

The result? A clean, move-in-ready home that looks far closer to how it did when it was first built.

Not every project is about business. Sometimes it’s just about helping somebody out. ❤️

Sometimes the small projects mean the most. We were honored to help a local woman reclaim this overgrown space and turn it into the beginning of a vegetable garden she can enjoy. 🌱

We:
• Removed w**ds and overgrowth
• Cleared grass and roots
• Sprayed w**d prevention
• Secured the wood borders with brackets
• Added fresh topsoil and mulch to prepare for planting

She already had the garden border materials — she just needed a little help bringing the vision to life. We’re glad we could help make it happen.

Today we helped get this home market-ready with a full list of cosmetic touch-ups and curb appeal improvements that make a HUGE difference when buyers walk through the door.

Two recent projects….

Gable Repair / Bird Intrusion Fix

Before:
Decorative gable feature had pulled loose, creating an opening where birds had begun nesting.

After:
Re-secured and reattached the existing gable feature, closing the opening, preventing further bird intrusion, and restoring the home’s appearance

🚧 BEFORE ➡️ AFTER: Erosion Repair + Fresh Sod Install 🌱

This roadside yard was getting eaten up by erosion—rocks everywhere and a deep washout running through it. Not only looked rough, but would’ve kept getting worse over time.

We cleaned it up, leveled everything out, and brought it back to life 👇

Prepared and restored the roadside yard by removing rocks and debris, raking and leveling the soil, and prepping the area for sod installation. Repaired a significant erosion trench by backfilling with soil, then installed new sod and secured it with sod staples to ensure stability and proper rooting.

✅ Erosion controlled
✅ Clean, smooth finish
✅ Ready for healthy growth
