For anyone wondering, in the last 7 days our office phone has received 549 calls. We answered every one. We didn’t tell anyone no. Our team really killed it ❤️

This is why it is important to hire a local professional snow removal company. We won’t tell you that we can’t plow your driveway because of the amount of snow, or our truck is broke. We will throw the broken plows and trucks off to the side and grab another because we have them. The trucks, loaders and the plows break. Our guys don’t. They worked around the clock. Rarely rotating out with other guys so we were moving forward 24 hours a day. Special shout out to our very own Katie Coultes who handled HUNDREDS of calls over the weekend and made sure everyone was taken care of. Our team impresses me every time we are tested like this ❤️

WE ARE OPEN!!! During snow storms, we are always open, day or night!! When calling our office on the weekends, dial extension #210 when the phone connects and it'll connect you with one of us! All of our guys work from sun up to sun down if need be during these big storms and we are always taking on new plow clients.

We have a new phone system in place that lets you know of our normal Monday - Friday business hours and it unfortunately has caused a little confusion for our clients and future clients. If you call on the weekends and need to speak to someone, dial #210 and it will bypass our voicemail and get you to one of us. We are so sorry for any confusion this may have caused!!
