Our new management team is only a month old . Change can be trying! Just got a happy Email from a customer ! I did not ask permission to share the email so I will share what's inside without showing the Full Email. We are working hard to improve things that worked. We are working harder to fix what did not ! It is beginning to show with thanks and appreciation. We know not every one has experienced it yet but they will we are striding for 100 % customer satisfaction ! Nice to hear the good too !
