Hi, new faces — I’m so glad you’re here.
I’m Lizz, the hands and heart behind Norfolk Flowers. I’m a full-time working mom of two boys and wife to my amazingly patient husband. In 2020 we bought this house, and somewhere between the moving boxes and the chaos, I planted my first seedlings.
I didn’t expect to fall so hard for these beautiful blooms. But watching them come up that first season — it changed something. The quiet, the color, the way they demand you slow down. I just had to share it.
That’s how Norfolk Flowers began. It’s a small, seasonal roadside stand tucked into our Braintree neighborhood. I grow what the season gives me: tulips in the chill of spring, snapdragons and zinnias when the days stretch long, dahlias that don’t quit until frost.
These days I find myself chasing seasonal bouquets and arrangements, and I’m deep in the joy of saving dahlia tubers to do it all again next year.
If you’ve found me, I hope you’ll stick around. There’s something about flowers that reminds us we’re part of a bigger, slower rhythm. And I love getting to share that with you.
