🪡 A sweet outfit stitched for an even sweeter boy turning 1! Had so much fun working on this “being-yay” themed piece for a friend who’s little boy just turned 1! 💚🤍

I’m working on a few larger-scale projects right now and it has me Reminiscing about this fun backdrop I did for Susan's Studio of Dance in May of 2025 dance recital! This was such a fun project to work on! Her theme was Wild & Free so we went with butterflies, moss and flowers to tie it all together!

I hand cut these larger butterfly wings out of foam board, then painted them!

I used 2 folding boards to create this multi-level backdrop. These boards had hinges so we were able to adjust them as needed!

Once we were on location we attached all of the butterflies and flowers! We added in a mix of smaller and medium sized butterflies to give it some dimension!

Voila! A beautiful butterfly garden to celebrate Wild & Free 2025!

Today, we’re talking all about a Prayer Bible!

This is a super simple and impactful gift that ANYONE can make. I ordered this small Bible from Amazon and used small sticky tabs to notate scriptures for specific topics, including but not limited to:
* Kids
* Marriage
* Salvation
* Mourning
* Steadfast
* Weary
* Trust
* Protection
* Anger
* Temptation
* Anxiety
* Fear
* Hope
Etc!

This would be such a great gift for anyone, especially young adults, new parents, newlyweds, etc!

I’m also working on creating larger ones for my boys that I’ll give to them when they’re older!

You could also pair a notated prayer bible with a notebook, pens and extra sticky tabs so whoever you’re gifting to can continue adding to the Bible and write out their prayers in the journal!

✨HANDMADE FOR THE HOLIDAYS!✨

Today, we’re talking all about a photo collage!This is a fun and simple DIY gift that anyone can make! Print a few pictures from a recent trip or event and place them in a picture frame with some fun paper or memorabilia from your travels. I used a hotel room key, map, wristband, receipt, napkin label, ticket stub, and a few stickers. Use what you have! You can also draw or print out logos and maps from your destination if you weren’t able to collect any on your trip!

This isn’t just a great gift for Christmas, these would be great for birthday’s, anniversaries or just because!
