🦋 Spotted at Sycamore Hill Nursery 🐛
Monarch caterpillars have been munching away on our milkweed this week! Milkweed is essential for monarchs — it’s the only plant where they lay their eggs and the only food source for their caterpillars.

Since we value growing plants for habitat, these host plants get placed on “injured reserve” while they serve as a food source. What we’ve often noticed is that these plants were built for this and bounce back quickly — often with bigger, healthier leaves! 💚
