Three years ago, we installed a gym floor for a wonderful client. Yesterday, we were back—this time to replace it after a flood, courtesy of insurance. But what made this job really special wasn’t just the floor. It was the full-circle moment.

The same crew that walked into her house in 2022 returned again—only this time, they weren’t green kids fresh out of Voc Tech. They were seasoned professionals. Back then, they carried tools and learned by watching. This time, they ran the show.
