Clutter isn’t always “too much stuff.” Sometimes… it’s just too many things left almost done.

Groceries put away but the paper bags? Still on the floor. (Guilty.)

Laundry folded but living at the foot of the bed for 3 days? We’ve all been there.

Here’s the thing — unfinished tasks carry mental weight.

Not because your home is judging you…(It’s not. That’s projection 😉) but because your brain keeps the tab open:

“Hey… you didn’t finish me.”

So try this:

Complete ONE task per day — start to finish.

Put the bags away. Put the laundry in the drawer. Close the loop.

It’s a tiny shift…but the exhale you feel after? Chef’s kiss. Completion = calm.

One finished task a day. ✨

Wishing everyone a happy, healthy, and organized 2026.

🎃 Don’t let Halloween storage haunt you!

👻 Keep it simple: wrap, contain, done.

When I was a teen, I saw a ghost. Tonight, I’m telling you what happened. 👻

✨Everything carries energy — even the things we bring home.✨

When you buy or inherit something used, it comes with the energy of its previous owner — their emotions, habits, even the season of life they were in. Before that energy settles into your home, it’s important to clear it.

I use two simple cleansing methods to reset the vibration and make the item truly mine again. Because your home should only hold the energy that supports you. 💫

💭 Ever wonder why clutter feels so heavy?

It’s not just stuff—it’s energy. That pile in the corner? A project you never started. That dress in the closet? A life you no longer live. Clutter carries sadness, shame, regret… and keeps you tied to the past.

💫 You’re allowed to let it go.

You can release the objects that weigh you down—even if they belonged to someone you loved or were part of a meaningful moment.

Your home should reflect who you are now, not who you used to be.

✨ Clear the space. Clear the energy. Make room for the future.

💡Moving hack in action: I write every to-do on a sticky note, assign it to a helper (shoutout to my amazing high school crew 🙌), and post it up for easy tracking. I keep my own list short so I can supervise, stay organized, and know exactly when each task is done. Efficiency + clarity = a smooth move every time. 🚚✨

Who knew that a bathroom vanity mirror from 1989 could be so… efficient?!

Secret doors and drawers can hold treasures – and they capture my imagination! I love antiques and I love writing accoutrements (in a past life, I must have been a Jane Austen wanna-be), so when I came across this old secretary in my client’s home, I just had to explore it!

This client is downsizing her home after living in it for 50 years. She raised her children, hosted countless seders and parties, fought her husband’s illness, and hosted book clubs in this home… A life well-lived. Now it’s time to move on, and I want to make sure she is surrounded by her beautiful things and beautiful memories. Wish me luck that this secretary will fit!

✨Moving tip!✨ When packing clothes from a dresser:

1️⃣ Keep them folded as-is.
2️⃣ Separate each drawer in the box with labeled packing paper.
That way unpacking is a breeze — every drawer goes right back where it belongs. 🪄📦👗

Three client-approved organizing faves you need in your life ✨

🗑 Real Simple Trash Can – Hiding your trash never looked so sexy.
🗄 Adhesive Pull-Out Shelf – Renter-friendly, adjustable, and perfect for those “Cabinets of the Abyss.” I even use them in my own home!
🪜 Collapsible Step Stool – One for every room with tall shelves. Hide it in a corner, but always keep it handy.

Because if a system isn’t easy, it won’t stick. These make organizing effortless. 🙌
