Boiler was installed less than three years ago and has had regular maintenance done since install. This is the second time in 2 years that the hotwater went down due to a failed part on the domestic side. This DHW sensor failure made selling water filtration easy.
If you won't drink the water from your faucet, then you probably shouldn't be sending it through your heating system and waterheater🙅‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️

South Shore Community Action Council, Quincy Community Action, Citizens For Citizens just to name a few.

Sales with out being sleazy is so easy.. not sure why people make such a big deal of it. Listen to a person's problem, solve said problem, earn their trust, close the deal. It's not hard. If you focus on the people and the outcomes, the money will follow.

Took out a chimney vented gas furnace with a cracked heat exchanger and replaced it with a high efficiency, condensing gas furnace.

*Remember to to check the size of the chimney when permanent removing an appliance from the chimney.. They chimney may need to be lined for any remaining appliances.. "7 times rule" 😉

Every product has its place, but this wouldn't have happened with black pipe. Just saying. Gas leaks are no joke.

Some people will sell you things just because you want it and they can do it. They say things like "its what the custmoer wanted". My house is a perfect example of where I would tell a customer "No". But a guarantee you'll find someone who will take your money and install something like this.
Your reputation will far outlast the money. GOOD OR BAD.
this system should not have AC the way it is.

Easiest thing you can do as a homeowner to prevent service calls this summer. Hose down your condenser coils and CHANGE YOUR FILTERS.
It's also not a bad idea to shut off your condenser while doing yard work and mowing your lawn near it. All the dirt, dust and lawn clippings can get sucked into it.
