Over the summer we completed an addition which enlarged their current garage space and added a third bay. The addition also included extending their living space inside by adding a room on the backside of the house, an office and pantry.

The masonry on this house is a dry lay veneer with ledge cut brooklawn blend stone. This along with the transom windows above the garage doors really gives a unique look to this house. The gabel details also draws your eyes to take in the whole picture.

We completed this farmers porch addition to this colonial house earlier this year and we are proud of the final product.

Adding a farmers porch to your house will really transform how you utilize your front entrance to your house. It provides a nice buffer from inside to outside. If this were my new space, I would be looking forward to coffee in the morning outside with some fresh air- rain or shine!

Here are some along the way photographs of a custom home build we completed for a customer in West Brookfield.

S&A Innovations provides a thorough breakdown of the project and process for your new home construction journey. There are three phases we closely work through with our customers.

1. Design
This custom home was designed by our architect that worked hand in hand with our customer. They were able to verbalize all their needs and wishes and work through the process of the phases of design including schematic design, design development and construction drawings.

2. Bid
The customer was in a pre-construction agreement with us so that we could dial in all their desired outcomes for their home. This allows a systematic breakdown of each part of the project including scope of job and pricing. Every detail was worked through with the customer having the opportunity to select specific products and tiers of finishes.

3. Build
This is the part we really get excited about. This is when it all starts to come together. From site clearing and well installations all the way through countertop finishes and lighting fixture mounting- the project manager is involved along the entire process of the build. This is satisfying for the customers to see their dreams come to fruition.

Hey everyone!

Thanks for checking out my official business page. My name is Seth Davis and I am the owner of S&A Innovations LLC. I have been in the construction trade since 2006.

In 2020, there were many changes that occurred for everyone. After my wife Ashley and I welcomed our firstborn into the world, I felt a strong desire for personal and professional growth. In 2021, I decided to follow a lifelong dream of mine. This is where the story begins for S&A Innovations. We are now over 5 years into running the business and just welcomed our 4th child into our family this summer.

For my customers, I strive to provide the best possible service and quality craftsmanship.

For my employees and subcontractors, my goal is to provide a positive, organized, and safe work environment.

We take great pride in our craftsmanship. We work with local companies and use trusted brands for our projects to produce quality finishes. Attention to detail is a priority.

I care deeply about my customers experience with their projects- no matter what the size and scope is. I strive for open communication for a smooth journey through your time with S&A Innovations. My goal is to be your "go-to" contractor.
