Progress on the Jerseyville job: lots of patchwork, skim coating on the walls and ceilings, 2 coats of paint on the walls and ceilings, new vinyl plank flooring, new base and door casing, new outlets, switches, and ceiling fan. Waiting on door hardware and the new window to come in. Four more rooms to go!

Carpet removal, patching holes, and skimming the ceiling. This is just one room; two more bedrooms, a hallway, a bathroom, and a living room remain. I will skim all ceilings, do patch work as needed, replace outlets, switches, and light fixtures, install new base and trim with vinyl plank throughout, paint doors, and paint all the rooms' walls and ceilings.

Bath/laundry remodel in a late 19th-century home. (ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL HOME) Hung drywall on the ceiling; A LOT of skim coating. Built a dividing wall and column to hide lines and wires between the toilet and washer and dryer. New toilet, all new shut off valves, New flooring, all new trim and casing, custom vanity with built-in hampers, and minor electrical work. 2 coats of paint walls, ceiling and trim. Still waiting on lights and a custom vanity top
