We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Landscape Laborer / Groundman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be handling new construction projects, as well as assisting with landscaping and site preparation. MUST enjoy working outdoors, takes pride in quality workmanship, and is motivated to grow with our company.

Responsibilities:
*Assist with general lawn care maintenance
* Assist with general labor tasks such as planting, mulching, and site clean-up.
* Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
* Install drainage, irrigation, and hardscape installation when required.
* Work closely with crew members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Previous experience in landscaping, grading, or construction preferred but not required.
* Team player.
*Able to handle a w**d wacker and blower!
* Must be physically capable of outdoor labor in various weather conditions!
* Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail are essential!

With a reputation for excellence in landscape design, construction, and maintenance, we are looking to grow our team with a motivated Landscape Sales Representative who’s passionate about the outdoors and client relationships.

Position Overview:
The Landscape Sales Representative is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and selling custom landscaping solutions. You’ll collaborate with our design and installation teams to deliver exceptional service from consultation through project completion.

Key Responsibilities:
• Generate new leads and follow up with inquiries
• Conduct on-site consultations with residential and/or commercial clients
• Assess client needs and propose landscape solutions tailored to their goals and budget
• Create and present estimates and proposals
• Work closely with design and operations teams to ensure smooth project ex*****on
• Maintain client relationships and follow up for future opportunities

What We’re Looking For:
• 2+ years of sales experience (landscape industry preferred)
• Strong knowledge of landscaping, horticulture, or construction a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in CRM software or sales tracking tools
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
