These are of a project nearly complete in the North end of Tacoma.
In this historic home, we corrected 90 years of bad remodel work. And mostly in the basement.

We ended up repairing and reworking 90% of each system: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and made an otherwise creepy basement become welcoming family area, complete with studio space.
