EARLY SPRING: A medium rate of crabgrass preemergence fertilization is applied to prevent and control the crabgrass population in your turf. In addition to this treatment, a selective broadleaf weed control is applied to address all other weeds. LATE SPRING: A light rate of fertilization with less nitrogen and more iron is applied to help with the color during the summer and to help fight against

brown patch. In addition to this treatment, a selective broadleaf weed control is applied to address any problem areas. SUMMER: Due to this regions natural acidic soil and the year long fertilization, a lime treatment is applied at a rate of 25 pounds per 1,000 square feet to neutralize the acidity in the soil. Along with the lime treatment a selective broadleaf weed control is applied. FALL: A heavy rate of fertilization with high phosphorus is applied which aides in the root growth in newly seeded turf designed to compliment seeding efforts, and to promote the health of established turf. WINTER: A heavy rate of fertilization is done in the dormancy of winter to ensure a healthy, vigorous root system and outstanding spring color. The Roots of Integrity | How it all Began

“I’ve always just loved being outside. I like seeing the fruits of my labor and seeing things turn around.

My path into lawn care actually started at Indian Valley Golf Course. I had done electrical work straight out of high school with my dad, but when he got out of the business, the magic just wasn't there for me anymore. I realized I needed to be out in the field. I spent time at the golf course, worked for Chip Davidson, and eventually took a Master Gardener course to become a certified Master Gardener.

Back in 2014, when Amaris was little and Silas was just being born, I knew I needed a way to provide for them. I wanted to build something that gave me the flexibility to manage at my own pace, to have that balance between work time and family time so I could actually be there with them.”
