WE’RE HIRING for salesman / remodel construction / roofing / gutters. We are looking for good, sharp, punctual, experienced people who want to work!
We are a residential & commercial, construction remodeling, roofing, and gutter company that specializes in insurance repairs. You will need to have some common knowledge in construction, and be willing to learn.
Pay is based upon experience.
-Transportation: Most of our projects are located within a 75-100 mile radius around Burnet, so you must have your own transportation, and be willing to travel to multiple job sites per day if needed.
-Tools: You will need a variety of tools, so please have your own.
-Preparations: Be prepared for working in hot and cold weather, and it is helpful for you if you have an unrestricted lifting ability, along with the ability to climb ladders, kneel, crawl, and work weekends. (If you call in a lot, this is not the place for you).
-You would be hired on a 1099, sub-contractor basis, meaning, you will be responsible for paying your own taxes.
-A successful working relationship with Lighthouse Construction is contingent upon favorable results of a background check, the completion of form W9, form I9, and legible copies of valid identification documents (driver’s license, social security card, work card, passport, etc.), for I-9 purposes.
