 This was a new customer for us that came from a referral. I get phone calls from advertising companies trying to get me to run ads but referrals/word-of-mouth has more value.

Russos Handyman & Renovation Services was honored to be the general contractor assisting with the demo and upgrades required to give this historical inn some new life. From structural work to flooring, electrical, painting, plumbing, custom carpentry that included each guest room with updated closets with lighting and electrical for in-room accoutrements such refridgerators and televisions and Wi-Fi, these upgrades will definitely be appreciated by the guests for years to come.

This was a group effort with owners, designers, inn management and all the skilled trades people that jointly all played a role in this project.

I’ve included some pictures of what the inn looked like before during and after the renovation.

Today we start this bathroom renovation at Anchorage Place luxury condominiums located in South Portland.

Here will be demoing this complete shower and bathroom to be able to build out a larger, custom steam shower completely encapsulated in  tile and custom-made glass door. We will be installing new floor tile over a heated subfloor to give that warm feeling in the colder months, new vanity, and countertops, and all new lighting. This latest project at The Breakers Inn on Higgins Beach, Scarborough is nearing completion.

New carpet in hallways and rooms, new hardwood flooring in the common areas as well as brick tile in the new guest locker room and new electrical all throughout including LED lighting, sconces and ceiling fans. And enlarged updated closets that will accommodate a small refrigerator in each guest room.

One of our ongoing renovation projects at the Breakers Inn in Higgins Beach, Scarborough Maine is nearing completion; here is a preliminary look at the current state. To date, we have removed all old flooring, installed new engineered hardwood, porcelain brick tile, primed, prepped, and painted 13,000 sq. ft. of walls, and added bathrooms, renovated bathrooms, updated all electrical outlets and switches, added designer lighting all throughout,, updated all guest rooms with custom closets to accept, lighting  shelving and personal refrigerators and next week will finish with brand new custom carpeting in all of the 15 guest rooms.
