Grateful for my team , that steps up and volunteers to work holiday weekends to meet deadlines . It would have been me here with them if they did not insist on me taking it off .

I do not lead by pointing and yelling I lead by example . They see daily how early I rise and how late I’m out . Even when they are home at times they call me I’m still working .

When you lead by example you set the bar for what to expect and treat your team right they treat you right back !

Of course we took care of it ! Little remediation!!

Dried out with dehumidifiers / blowers and patience .

Had to remove compromised floor and install new subfloor !

Their out of commission shower is now a WORKING SHOWER AGAIN TOO !!
