So some of you may have noticed that our building in calabash is looking a little abandoned lately. We are in the process of starting the demo. We are going to demo this current building and rebuild our new shop in the same location. We will try to post some pictures along the way to keep everyone updated. Our mailing address and phone number are still the same. We will be working at another office until this project is done. It is so nice to stay on the beach for your vacation and even nicer to hear the the ocean waves. But be careful not to cause your HVAC to stop working on your vacation by leaving the doors open.

What happens when your air conditioner is on and you leave the door open in the house?
It is more likely to malfunction. The air conditioner will struggle to maintain a specific temperature when the room is letting in warm air. It will work extra hard to maintain the temperature and in the process get damaged. It consumes extra energy as it has to work harder
