Instructions:

Prepare the Pineapple Slush:

In a blender, combine the frozen pineapple chunks, pineapple juice (or water), and honey.
Blend until smooth and thick. If it's too thick, add a bit more juice or water.
Pour the pineapple slush into a bowl and set aside.
Prepare the Strawberry Slush:

Rinse out the blender, then combine the frozen strawberries, strawberry juice (or water), and honey.
Blend until smooth and thick. If needed, add more juice or water.

🧄🧈 Garlic Butter Cheese Bombs 🧀

Ingredients:

1 (16oz) container of refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
4 ounces mozzarella cheese (soft, shredded, or diced string cheese)
4 tbsp melted butter (half a stick)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Pinch of salt

Instructions:

Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

Prepare the Biscuits:
Open the container of refrigerated biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a 3-inch circle.

Add the Cheese:
Place a piece of mozzarella cheese in the center of each biscuit dough circle. Fold the edges of the dough up and around the cheese, pinching to seal and form a ball.

Season and Bake:
Place the cheese-filled biscuit bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt. Brush the tops of the biscuit bombs with the seasoned butter mixture.

Bake:

8 oz cream cheese, softened

8 slices thick-cut bread
4 large eggs
1 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla extract

Butter, for frying
For Serving:
Maple syrup

Instructions:
Prepare Filling: In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined. Gently fold in the diced strawberries. Set aside.
Make Batter: Whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon in a shallow dish.
Assemble Sandwiches: Spread the cream cheese filling onto 4 slices of bread, then top each with another slice of bread to make 4 sandwiches.
Cook French Toast: Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat and melt some butter. Dip each sandwich into the French toast batter, making sure to coat both sides evenly. Ingredients:

Meatloaf:

1 1/2 lbs ground meatloaf mix (equal parts beef, pork, veal)
1 caramelized onion
1 egg
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 tbsp chopped fresh thyme
2 tbsp milk
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Gruyere cheese
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
Gravy:

1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
2 sweet onions, thinly sliced
3 tbsp all-purpose flour
2 cups beef stock
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 cup grated Gruyere cheese
1 tbsp chopped parsley
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Caramelize onions in a skillet with olive oil and butter on low heat for 45 minutes. Set aside half.
Stir flour into the skillet, then whisk in beef stock, Worcestershire sauce, cheese, and parsley. Cook until thickened. Season.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Combine meatloaf ingredients in a bowl. Form into a loaf on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 1 hour.

2 cups whole milk
1 cup heavy cream
¾ cup granulated sugar
5 large egg yolks

3 tbsp cornstarch
For the whipped cream:
1 ½ cups heavy cream
¼ cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x9 inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides for easy removal. 🔥
Prepare the crust: In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until well combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Bake for 10 minutes, then set aside to cool. 🍪

Ingredients:

2 cups mashed sweet potatoes
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine mashed sweet potatoes, sweetened condensed milk, brown sugar, eggs, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.

Crème Brûlée Cheesecake Bars 🍰

Ingredients:

For the Crust:

1 1/4 cups finely crushed graham cracker crumbs (from about 9 sheets)
2 Tbsp granulated sugar
6 Tbsp butter, melted (preferably salted)
For the Cheesecake Filling:

3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
3 large eggs
3 Tbsp heavy cream
3 Tbsp sour cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Topping:

6 Tbsp granulated sugar
Optional Garnish:

Whipped cream
Fresh raspberries
Fresh mint

Instructions:

Prepare the Crust:

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Generously butter an 8 by 8-inch baking dish.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together graham cracker crumbs and sugar. Add melted butter and mix with a fork until evenly moistened.
Press the mixture into an even layer in the prepared baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool while preparing the filling. Reduce oven temperature to 325°F (163°C).
Prepare the Cheesecake Filling:

In a mixing bowl, whisk together 3/4 cup granulated sugar and flour.
Add the cream cheese and use an electric hand mixer set on low speed to blend until smooth, about 1 minute.
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing just until combined after each addition.
Add heavy cream, sour cream, and vanilla extract, and blend just until combined.
Tap the bowl forcefully against the countertop about 30 times to release air bubbles.
Butter the sides of the baking dish and pour the filling over the crust.
Place the 8 by 8-inch baking dish into a 13 by 9-inch baking dish or roasting pan. Pour about 3 cups of hot water into the larger pan to create a water bath.
Bake in the preheated oven for 42-45 minutes, or until the cheesecake is fairly jiggly in the center. Turn off the oven and allow the cheesecake to rest in the warm oven with the door closed for 10 minutes, or until the center only slightly jiggles.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool on a wire rack at room temperature for 1 hour. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
Prepare the Topping:

Cut the chilled cheesecake into squares.
Sprinkle each square with an even layer of granulated sugar.
Using a culinary torch, melt the sugar until it caramelizes and turns into a smooth, golden-brown surface. Allow the topping to cool and harden.
Garnish (Optional):

Pipe or spoon a small dollop of whipped cream over each cheesecake bar.
Top with a fresh raspberry and garnish with mint if desired.
Storage:

Store the cheesecake bars in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
16 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup sour cream
1 cup banana pudding mix
1/2 cup milk
2 bananas, sliced
Whipped cream for garnish
Crushed vanilla wafers for garnish

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of each liner to form a crust.
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
Add sour cream and mix until fully combined. In a separate bowl, combine banana pudding mix with milk and whisk until thickened. Fold the banana pudding into the cheesecake mixture until well combined.
Spoon the cheesecake mixture over the crusts in the muffin tin, filling each liner almost to the top.

Delicious and easy Pumpkin Snickerdoodles infused with pumpkin puree and warming spices!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 egg
1/2 cup pumpkin puree*
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice or 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon allspice, 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg, 1/4 teaspoon ginger
Cinnamon Sugar Mixture:
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, sugar, egg, and pumpkin puree until smooth. Add the flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, salt, and pumpkin pie spice (or individual spices). Mix until a dough forms. In a small bowl, mix together the sugar and cinnamon for the cinnamon sugar coating. Roll the dough into 1-inch balls, then roll each ball in the cinnamon sugar mixture until coated evenly. CINNAMON ROLL PANCAKES
For Pancakes:
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
1 Tablespoon canola oil
1 large egg, lightly beaten
Cinnamon Filling:
1/2 cup butter, melted
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 Tablespoon ground cinnamon
Cream Cheese Glaze:
4 Tablespoons butter
2 ounces cream cheese
1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Prepare Cinnamon Filling first:
- In a medium bowl, mix butter, brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Scoop the filling into a small zip baggie and set aside.
Prepare Pancake batter:
- In a medium bowl whisk together flour, baking powder and salt. - Whisk in milk, oil and egg just until batter is moistened OR If using a boxed mix, prepare according to package directions.
Prepare Cream Cheese glaze:
- In a medium glass or microwave-safe bowl, heat the butter and cream cheese until melted.
- Whisk together until smooth, then whisk in powdered sugar and vanilla.
- Set aside.
- Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium-low heat.
- Spray with non-stick cooking spray.
- Scoop about 1/2 cup of pancake batter onto the skillet.
- Snip the corner of your cinnamon filling baggie and squeeze a spiral of the filling onto the top of the pancake.
- When bubbles begin to appear on the surface, flip carefully with a spatula and cook until lightly browned on the underside, 1 to 2 minutes more.
- Transfer pancake to a baking sheet and keep warm in the oven while you make the rest of the pancakes.
- When ready to serve, spoon warmed cream cheese glaze on top of each pancake

HERB-INFUSED ALFREDO CHICKEN 🌿🍗
Aromatic herbs elevate this creamy Alfredo, with a hint of fresh lemon and tender chicken.

Ingredients:
1 lb boneless chicken thighs, diced
2 cups Alfredo sauce
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tsp mixed Italian herbs (basil, oregano, thyme)
Zest of 1 lemon
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Add diced chicken and Italian herbs to the slow cooker.
Pour in Alfredo sauce, heavy cream, and lemon zest. Stir to combine.
Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
In the last 30 minutes, stir in mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Serve garnished with extra lemon zest.
