Summer is approaching and the waterfront views are the best from the deck! Just a little bit of dirt for grade and these owners are ready to entertain. Upgraded pressure treated deck with all new framing, Azek coastline grade decking boards, no exposed wood( all wrapped in Azek pvc), PVC lattice and vinyl white hand rails. Steps we made 3 planks wide for a nice gradual step and those summertime flowers. Get decked out and enjoy your weekend!

Our Town of Oxford historical project is finishing up. Exterior completion with vinyl cedar shake siding, azak porch decking and trim. Total tear off and new GAF shingle install. The existing cedar shakes were stained to match to bring this house back to life. Interior finish photos to come soon!

A few new interior upgrades coming to this waterfront home. Looking forward to putting this project back together with quality custom work. Progress will be updated!

A little re-configuring on this summer house. New stair framing, upgrade on joists, spray foam insulation and ductless units. A few more misc. touch up, punch out items and this beach house is wrapped up for the weekend.
