This was a fun project completed in an historic home in Sanford. We renovated the bathroom and found this antique dresser that made the perfect vanity for the style of the house. We were even able to maintain the functionality of the drawers!

A lot of times the small things can save the most money. The water damage from a rotted door frame can be really expensive if it's allowed to get worse. Taking care of it early is always the way to go.

Sometimes you have to get creative. We came up with an economical way to repair a sink that was far more damaged then we thought. It wasn't a good time for the home owner to replace entire counter tops, so we did some outside the box thinking to create a unique, and attractive replacement.

You may not realize birds can actually knock holes in your siding. I found this on a recent pressure washing job and repaired it. Don't overlook siding problems, they can cause extreme water damage.
